William T. "Bill" Wilson is President of Wilson Advisors, an advisory firm specializing in performance turnarounds and in identifying growth opportunities in energy related companies. Projects range from acting as a turnaround CEO of underperforming energy companies, to providing business plans for underutilized energy assets, to providing expert testimony, to being a member of a company's board of directors. Clients include Colonial Pipeline Company, Fairway Energy, Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (MIC), Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company, Southwestern Energy (SWN), Kerr-McGee, and UNOCAL Corporation among others.

Most recently Bill was President and CEO of Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company. Under Bill's leadership, physical capacity grew 60%, profits grew 300%, and profit margins increased 36%. Recently, the company was acquired for well over $1 billion resulting in a several multiple gain.

Prior to that Bill was President of UNOCAL Global Trade, UNOCAL's worldwide marketing, trading, and pipeline division with revenues over $3 billion per year. Under Bill's leadership, cash flow for the group increased by $50 million per year. He was also responsible for UNOCAL's corporate risk management strategy, reporting to the board of directors, as an Executive Officer and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.

Before joining UNOCAL in 1995, Bill held upstream and midstream engineering and management positions with British Petroleum, Tenneco, and Exxon. Bill holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and was Vice Chairman of the International Liquid Terminal Association, as well as a past board member of the Natural Gas Supply Association. He was also a past member of the NYMEX. Most recently, Bill was on the Board of Directors of Fairway Energy Partners.
